As well as delivering individual services such as photography, video, websites etc. we are also experienced in project management, bringing new products to market, with a complete service offering for our clients. Here are some examples of the many and varied projects we have managed.

Behaviour Works

For Behaviour Works, we created a new brand and set up their online customer product of a behaviour change programme. Working closely with the owners, we managed the entire development, bringing a series of videos behind a paywall to market.

Community Partnership

We taught young people photography skills for the Community Partnership and coached them to create posters to promote rural careers.

Sir Walter Scott Steamship

For Sir Walter Scott Steamship, we managed their SOS, Save our Steamship appeal to raise the £500,000 required to restore the historic steamer at Loch Katrine, which required new boilers and other significant repairs. We introduced a new campaign website to take donations organised PR, and onsite donation posts. We also successfully applied for grant funds.

Balmaha’s Braw Weekend

For The Oak Tree Inn in Balmaha, we have managed a series of projects, including Balmaha’s Braw Weekend, a festival of music, food, and entertainment on the banks of Loch Lomond, which attracted 10,000 people. Also, we managed the funding grant process to create a new pontoon in East Loch Lomond.

Drymen Business Hub

Another funding project was the development of Drymen Business Hub for Fraser C Robb. We helped secure £75,000 of grant funds towards introducing the hub above their showroom. We marketed the new facility with PR and created a brand identity and website.

For charity Friends of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs, we created a booklet celebrating Tom Weir’s Loch Lomond Wonderland, using material created by local school children. This project involved visiting the schools and curating various appropriate content, resulting in a booklet.

These are just a few of the many projects that we have managed on behalf of our clients.
